Hans-Ulrich Doerig is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chairman’s and Governance Committee of Credit Suisse Group (since April 2009). From 2003 to 2009, he served as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Risk Committee. He was Vice-Chairman of the Group Executive Board and Chief Risk Officer from 1998 until 2003. The Board has determined him to be independent under the Group's independence standards.
